Since 2018, Verioska has led the MTA's operations as Chief Operating Officer. Her role is key to ensuring smooth and successful journeys for our customers through meticulous coordination with vendors. She also recently experienced her first pregnancy!

Since 2018, Anabela has grown with MTA, starting as an intern and joining the executive package design team in 2021. Her goal is to explore Peru in depth to develop the most innovative and attractive tourism offerings.

Mariza, our tireless colleague and sales associate, has been a vital part of our team for years. With her sociable nature and dedication, she ensures every passenger is well taken care of. Her work at the MTA demonstrates her commitment and professionalism.

Lisbet joined the MTA in 2024 and has excelled in the reservations department ever since. Her dedication to her customers is exceptional, and she always makes sure she's aware of their needs.

Frecia is a joyful and resourceful person who joined MTA as an intern in 2022 and quickly joined our team. Now, as a Management and Operations Executive, her energy and skills are essential to maintaining the agency's fluidity and organization.

Mayra Romero joined MTA in 2023 and manages hotel reservations. She seeks to promote and formalize tourism in Peru, combating informality and mass tourism to protect our tourism resources.

Yanet started working at the MTA in January 2024, excelling in the reservations department. Her main goal is to gain industry experience, which complements her passion for travel.

Holiber joined MTA in 2023. His work focuses on the Customer Farewell area, where he is responsible for collecting testimonials and comments from those who visited Cusco. He also collaborates in the Sales area. Holiber is currently pursuing a degree in Tourism, with the goal of becoming an excellent tour guide in the future.

Elisa joined the MTA team in early 2025, where she is developing her sales skills. Her enthusiasm for learning and ambition to advance professionally are evident in her daily work. With her dedication, she is building a solid foundation for a successful future with the company.

Jeferson joined the MTA Operations team this year. His role focuses on coordinating transfers from the airport to hotels, ensuring a seamless travel experience for customers. Passionate about travel, Jeferson aspires to become a tour guide in the future, combining his logistical experience with his love of exploration.

Gonzalo is the newest addition to our marketing team at MTA. His talent focuses on creating visual content (photos and videos) to express the richness of Peru and present it in an exceptional way. He leads our advertising initiatives and constantly updates the company blog with relevant information.
